download the driver: http://www.smlink.com/content.aspx?id=53
install the driver
configure wvdial
done.

If you run into problems ask again, describing what's actually not
working. The driver is supposed to support V92. Last time I checked
"Modem on Hold" worked. I never tried the rest.
