And it's only 70% alcohol, 30% other stuff (mainly water).  Somehow I got my 
hands on a half-liter of 91% alcohol 6-8 years ago.  Never had a PCB to 
clean...

Or pay a lot for Everclear >= 181 proof, which _does_ have additives?
