[ltp] ATI Driver 8.10.19 not working on DVI

I'm not sure if it is. From the XFree.log of bug 69 I see that the recognition
of the monitor on DVI seems to work. However, this is not the case with my card.
I tried also the settings used in Paul Streitmans xorg.conf, but without success.
The monitor gets switched of and just internal LCD gets recognized when using
AUTO - with TMDS all screens remain black. Switching back to console works though
on DVI - also this seems to be a difference to bug 69.
