It looks like it would be a one- or two-line change.

- Put the patch into a tarball named like Gentoo expects, e.g.
   "mypatch-${KV_MAJOR}.${KV_MINOR}-${GPV}-radeon.tbz2"
   (interpolate kernel version and gentoo patch version).

- Add this tarball name to UNIPATCH_LIST in the ebuild.

- Put the tarball in distfiles. (Put it on a server as well
   for the ebuild to fetch it, and put the URL in
   GPV_SRC in the ebuild, parameterized like the patchname.)

I'll do it after work .. sometime this weekend.
