With my T20, this happens if I set "cpu power saving" to "auto" in BIOS and=
=20
there=B4s no CPU load during speed computing. Try measuring while cpuburn i=
s=20
running, it should read 1600000 then. If not, you might have set battery=20
optimized mode as default or things like that.
