[ltp] Voice recorder (new toy) under Linux?

I just got a nice buy (I think) on a voice recorder. Sharper Image was 
having a 50% off sale for floor models, so I have a CX602 Digital Voice 
Recorder and MP3 player.

I like it, but of course I'd like it more if I could get it talking to my 
Linux box.  The CD ROM assumes Windows - .SYS and .INF and .EXE files.

Can anyone recommend a good way to attach it to my happy 
Debian (sarge)-only R32?
