[ltp] Wet AC adaptor

Thanks all for your information!

I managed to open the adapter unit and indeed it was stil pretty wet inside. I am waiting for it to dry, but from all the warnings received here I don't think I'm gonna connect it to my TP. Anyway, I will measure the output later today to see what that gives.
