[ltp] FYI: Oak Court Thinkpad Debian Repo

Just FYI to all you Debian Linux Thinkpaders,

I am having issues with my Apache server that hosts the Debian repo at
www.oakcourt.dyndns.org for Thinkpads. It seems to "soft hang" after a
while--e.g. Iceweasel sits at "Waiting for www.oakcourt.dyndns.org..."
when I attempt to access it. I'm looking into the issue, but for now I'm
just letting all of you who have my repo in your sources.list know that
there's an issue with the server.
