It's also important to remember that while the upper levels of management 
will have changed, the people who actually do the real work now will 
mostly be the same folk who did whatever they did before the sell-out. 
That may not be quite the right word, because iirc IBM still has a fair 
sized share in the Lenovo company, about 18% I believe? 
Maybe I'm mistaken, but I don't remember reading anything about 1,000's of 
IBMers from the PC department being 'let go'. ( Horrid euphemism )
