replaced in by a from Dell "taken over" chief of department. Haven't 
noticed it? It was all over the news though. I don't recall the guys 
name, but he was the Dell specialist in cheap and with bells and 
whistles loaded laptops. I'm pretty sure the sudden arrival of the Windy 
keys is one of his first actions.

And anyway, the guys "on the floor" don't make decisions. That's the 
privilage of a limited group of people in Shangai.
