[ltp] T43 IrDA FIR broken after suspend

Hi,

On my T43, IrDA FIR works fine for talking to my Nokia phone, but only
until the first suspend cycle. After resume, neither irdadump nor
autodiscovery see the phone. Reloading the modules and restarting
irattach doesn't solve the problem, and neither does a suspend-to-disk
cycle or power-cycling the phone. The problem is consistent and
reproducible.

Any ideas or workarounds?
