[ltp] Thinkpad + Ubuntu 7.04 + Backports => HAL broken

Hi,

for those here using Ubuntu 7.04 on their thinkpad, be aware that a 
recent upgrade of HAL in backports repository breaks quite a lot of 
functionalities, including suspend when lid closed.
- If backports are not activated in  your sources.list (or from 
synaptic), you are safe.
- If you want to activate backports and upgrade your system, you can 
block version of HAL from synaptic menu before.
- If your already had this broken HAL upgrade and you are experiencing 
troubles with automount and suspend, you can revert to previous version 
from synaptic menu.
