[ltp] Incorrect frequencies

Hi,

These are the available frequencies when I start the laptop with AC power:
$ cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies
250000 500000 750000 1000000 1250000 1500000 1750000 2000000

And these when starts with battery:
150000 300000 450000 600000 750000 900000 1050000 120000

The problem is that when I plug the Laptop, "something" (that I don't know, 
sorry) doesn't restore the AC power frequencies. 

What I should configure?

Thinkapd R40 (P4 Mobile @ 2 GHz) with Kubuntu Edgy.
