[ltp] Incorrect frequencies

Is a P4 Mobile, not Centrino. I've changed "false" to "true"
the "ENABLE=" /etc/default/cpufrequtils parameter without success.
Also changed
MAX_SPEED=0
MIN_SPEED=0
to
MAX_SPEED=150 (and 150000)
MIN_SPEED=2000 (and 2000000)
and have the same frequencies: 250000 to 2000000 with AC and 150000 to 1200000
with battery.

Ubuntu have only 2.6.17-11 :( Maybe I sould install one vanilla 2.6.20..
