And it doesn't really trigger a suspend, it just sends an ACPI event for
"LID closing".
So, in BIOS you should read it as "issue ACPI events on lid close?".
And userspace (HAL, ACPID) are the ones responsible for doing the "lid has
been close, let's suspend" policy decision.
