[ltp] BIOS upgrade on X61s

I was about to download the BIOS upgrade iso image for my X61s, when I
saw in the instructions, the direction

"If your computer is attached to any kind of docking station or port
replicator, turn off the computer and detach it before proceeding."

I have the X61s 'ultrabase', which contains the only optical drive I
have; does this instruction apply in this case? It would seem strange,
but I thought I would ask the list.
