If you compile powertop from git, you will get more accurate numbers.
Powertop from debian sid reports values like this on my X200 (not
X200s), too.
I am running Linus' from git, too, and have observed quite an
improvement in battery life in the past few weeks. My 6-cell battery
lasts for 4.5 to 6 hours now.
