I'm guessing there's no clear policy document on this, but I want to 
understand your opinion. Do you think any IBM or Lenovo option that fits 
in a machine should be listed in the appropriate space? Any compatible 
part from any manufacturer? Only for screens, or perhaps for CPUs, WiFi 
cards, WWAN cards, and (oh boy) optical drives too?

You can see that it becomes unclear where to draw a line.
