[ltp] Battery Lock Up... In 10.10 Not 9.10

My battery wasnt new. It had about 90 mins life in according to the guy I
got it from. He is going to replace it when he gets some more in, which is a
good thing.
I do not know anyone with a ThinkPad I could borrow a battery or charger
from and mine is a genuine charger.
