Thanks for your hints, gents,
I have already tried alsamixer as well a Kmix and pavucontrol, all on max 
level....where alsa and KMix 'only' link to the one Pulseaudio-device.
The hardware-buttons are somewhat linked to the mixers - they work 
synchonous.
