If your kernel has fvat support compiled in, its easy:

  mount -t vfat /dev/hda1 /mnt

(assuming your first primary partition is the fvat partition.) If the vfat
partition is not on the same computer, then copy the file in question onto
a DOS formated floppy and mount this with

  mount -t vfat /dev/fd0 /mnt
