[ltp] Mouse pointer slowly moves when not touching trackpoint

I've had many Thinkpads over the years; they've all had this "wandering
cursor" in both Windows and Linux. I'm told that this behavior is in the
hardware and is by design.

Apparently, the Trackpoint needs to recalibrate itself once in a while. If
you just wait until it stops by itself, it won't do it again for a long
time. Moving it while it's wandering interrupts the calibration, so it
retries more often until it has a chance to do it completely.
