[ltp] Xircom RE-100 PCMCIA net card on ThinkPad 380XD

hi guys

im running Linux 2.4.22-ac2 on a thinkpad 380XD, with a Xircom RealPort
Ethernet 10/100 (RE-100) PCMCIA adaptor, but i cannnot get it to work, im
using the xirc2ps_cs driver, but it complains about conflicting irq's

does anyone know how i can remedy this problem? fyi i do not own any
dos/windows bootable media thus cannot use the normal ibm-supplied tools
