Yes,  been there/done that.... checkout ebay auction

FYI, you often must add a jumper between the end pins on the 4-pin group 
to set up the drive as a slave.
You should get the data sheet from IBM for your drive.
BE CAREFULL, it is easy to get this on backwards.
