[ltp] 2.6.22 regressions in a thinkpad? try ec_intr=0

If you have ACPI regressions in kernel 2.6.22 with a thinkpad *that used to
work right in 2.6.21 or 2.6.20*, try the boot parameter "ec_intr=0".

2.6.23-rc seems to somehow have fixed whatever the problem is. If we're
lucky, reports seem to indicate this, so far.

This doesn't apply to new thinkpads like the t61/x61, and it also doesn't
apply to breakage that is not a 2.6.22 regression (i.e. it only applies to
stuff that worked right in 2.6.21). And it very probably has nothing to do
with thinkpad-acpi, either (but thinkpad-acpi is known to cause the real bug
to show up its ugly face much easier).
