[ltp] Can't change boot order on an X31 to boot from USB

I'm not sure what POST refers to ... but I have been pressing the
blue Access IBM button just after the machine starts to boot up,
then F1 to access BIOS configuration.

As it turns out I managed to fix the problem...though I'm not sure
exactly how. Out of sheer frustration with x refusing to toggle USB
HDD out of the "Excluded from boot order" zone, I started pressing
all the keys on the keyboard one at a time. They all sounded the same
beep, but then one key shifted it up out of the Excluded zone. I
think it was one of the number keys. I'd say maybe it was F9 (Setup
Defaults), but no, I don't think so...that would've required a press
Enter to confirm & I don't remember doing that. Wish I'd pressed that
sequence of keys a bit more slowly to know exactly what solved the
problem. In any case, I can boot from USB now.
